I am so happy that I decided to have Michelle re-design my website. When I first started my business, I decided to design my own website with no background experience at all. The website wasn't terrible but it was obvious to my clients that it was not designed by a professional. It was difficult for me to keep up with the tasks of updating the website and keeping it functional and appealing to my potential clients. Michelle met with me in person to find out what I wanted in a website and did her own research ahead of time to give me advice on what would make my website better. I was very excited with her ideas to make my website more attractive to my potential clients, as well as more functional and easy to navigate. She listened to everything that I wanted and incorporated that in her design. When she sent me the proposal with the price I was astonished (in a good way!). For all the work she needed to do, this was extremely affordable. Her re-design process was completed within 2 weeks of when I signed the agreement. She would send me a draft and I would be able to comment and make changes to anything. Her response time was very quick and she always offered wonderful advice and ideas. Overall, I would definitely recommend working with Michelle for your website design needs. She is professional, affordable, and cares about her work. She doesn't cut any corners and at the end of the day, she just wants her customers to be happy.Now I have a website that I'm proud of and everyone who has seen it has complimented it.
