All purchased images may be used in an unlimited number of Personal Use Projects. Examples of Personal Use Projects include using a photo in a piece of wall art that you create for your personal use or give to a family member as a gift. You can also use the image(s) on your website, blog, social media feeds, marketing materials or newsletters. These image(s) are not to be re-distributed or sold (no money changes hands), etc.
The photographs are owned by Coco Prop Shop (Francesca Coviello) and protected by Federal Copyright Law (all rights reserved). Publishing any photographs outside of this agreement of usage, selling the photos will also require a licensing fee. Violators of this federal law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. The Photographer retains the copyright and ownership of all images as intellectual property.
